Barbara Brooker - Director
Barbara entered the industry in the late 1970s and became a partner in the mid-1980s. She is one of three senior directors at the agency and is responsible for the day-to day business practice, dealing with and coordinating the many sales that are dealt with through the Howick & Brooker Partnership each year. She also has an incredible knowledge and experience of estate agency, which is most unusual in this male-dominated industry. Barbara is also a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents (FNAEA) and when the diary allows loves to travel to far away exotic destinations.

Alan Howick - Director
One of the original founder members of the estate agency back in 1974, Alan is a highly experienced estate agent. Alan joined the industry in 1967 and has lived in the area throughout his estate agency career. He has his own unique style a valuable deep knowledge of all types and styles of properties throughout the region. Alan is also responsible for jointly running Fine & Country Old Harlow, which as the name suggests, deals with country, village and substantial town properties. Alan is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents (FNAEA) and is a keen member of Canons Brook Golf Club and the MCC.

Paul Brooker - Managing Director
Paul is a skilled estate agent and motivator and joined Howick & Brooker in the late 1990’s. As well as his duties as Managing Director, Paul acts for a number of developers and can offer advice on Land and New Homes in this area. He also involves himself with the successful Fine & Country business side of the agency dealing with the sale of character village properties with Alan Howick. Paul enjoys his summers at Lords as a member of MCC, golf and weekends away.

Ben Johnson - Associate Director
Ben is a dynamic and successful estate agent and has an almost unsurpassable track record for the marketing and selling of homes on Church Langley and Newhall and since his arrival at The Howick and Brooker Partnership, he has proven to be probably one of the most outstanding estate agents in this town. Ben enjoys football and actively plays in the Harlow District League and now manages his sons under 8 side.

Ami Sillett - Negotiator
Having lived and previously worked for another firm on Church Langley, certainly gives Ami a unique advantage in helping our many clients whether they be looking to sell or move into the area. She works alongside Ben Johnson and ensures our agency offers a first class service. Ami has over seven years experience in the estate agency industry and is highly regarded amongst her peers. James Reyland - Negotiator
Born and bred local boy, James grew up in Harlow and has enjoyed being an estate agent since he was 16 joining a local agency to learn his trade. He left to set up his own agency for a few years until the undeniable attraction of joining Harlow’s most respected and best known estate agency offered James the opportunity to develop his undoubted talents in the marketing and selling homes in and around Harlow. Giles Brooker - Lettings Director
After ten years working abroad in mainland Europe, Giles has gained a vast knowledge and experience in management skills and blends comfortably into the lettings industry with H&B Lettings. A highly skilled negotiator able to read a situation perfectly to ensure the right tenant fits the right property whilst at the same time making sure that both parties are happy in the knowledge that the transaction is being handled professionally with the understanding of both parties needs. Joanne Andrews - Lettings Manager

Natalie Vivian - Administrator
Natalie resides in the Redbridge area and joined H & B lettings after completing a BA Honors degree in business and property. Natalie is more office based dealing with reference checks, contracts, maintenance and day to day queries. She is cool, calm and unflappable especially when dealing with the variety of household issues that arise with the management of our client’s properties. Having once represented Essex County at Cricket Natalie in her spare time these days is dragged to The Emirates Stadium to watch her favoured football team Arsenal by her family.
